Weight loss foods promote health, wellness and satisfy both our
taste buds and nutritional needs. Too much fat on our bodies is a sign
of toxicity. Simply by eliminating acidic, processed and nutrient-void
foods while adding fresh, organic, living foods our bodies will
naturally shed the unneeded fats.
Most main stream foods and processed foods, or “food stuff,” fills
our stomachs however they do NOT fulfill our bodies nutritional needs.
When our bodies are not satiated with nutrients from our “food stuff”
we continue to feel hunger then we over eat on the same “food stuff”
possibly satisfying only our taste buds and not our health.
From working with many obese clients I have found one of the most
important processes was to eliminate all:
Processed Foods
Animal Products
Depending on the individual I begin the elimination process immediately
or over a month or less.
They were able to replace the “food stuff” with:
This replacement process allowed their bodies and taste buds to feel
satiated. They extra fats on their bodies begins to release
healthily
and within a year they are 100 to 150 pounds lighter.
