I created these delicious raw vegan recipes to satisfy my comfort food cravings. The recipes are quick and easy and most of the ingredients are easy to find at most any grocery store. Feel free to change them around to your tastes to create your own raw vegan recipe favorites.

Oriental Raw Vegan Recipes



Thai Curry Bowl
    Creamy Thai Curry Sauce:
  • 1 and ½ in fresh ginger grated or more to taste
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1 cup of young Thai coconut meat (1-2 coconuts)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon almond Butter
  • 3 ½ tablespoons Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce) or more to taste
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • juice of 1 orange
  • ½ of a Thai chile
  • 3 tablespoons Agave Nectar or 3 dates
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1-2 tablespoons cilantro
  • Blend until creamy in a Vita-Mix blender.
    Curry Thai Bowl Mix:
  • 1 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 broccoli head, chopped finely
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped finely
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms, (optional)
  • 1 whole onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • Toss all the ingredients together, top with sauce, and bean sprouts.



Fried Rice

  • 1 head of shredded cauliflower
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 5 green onions, sliced thinly
  • (optional)1 corn cut off cob
  • 1 recipe of Avo Mix


    Fried Rice Avo Mix

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 ½ TB lemon juice
  • 5 tea agave
  • 1/2 tea onion powder
  • 1/2 tea grated ginger
  • 1 tea salt
  • Blend in a food processor or Mash ingredients together.





Fun Raw Vegan Recipes, Salad Style





Fruity Green Family's Kinky Kale Salad
    Dressing:
  • 1 Cup of Orange Juice
  • 5-6 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 celery
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup good cold-press olive oil or 1/4-1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne or to taste
  • sea salt to taste
  • Blend in a Vita Mix blender until creamy.

      Kale Salad:
    • 2 whole bunches of organic kale, chopped
    • 1 cucumber, sliced
    • 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 red onion, sliced thinly
    • Toss salad with dressing and ENJOY!Kinky Kale Salad is a great raw vegan recipe to get lots of dark leafy green into your family's diet.



    Orange Napa Salad

      Avo Orange Dressing:

    • 1 avocado
    • 2 oranges
    • 1 TB dill
    • ½ tea salt (if desire)
    • ¼ tea Cheyenne
    • 1 green onion, sliced thinly
    • Mash avocado, add rest of ingredients and mix together.


      Napa Salad:

    • 1 head of Napa cabbage, shredded
    • 4 green onions, sliced
    • 3 celery stalks sliced
    • carrot or 1 beet, shredded
    • a bunch of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
    • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
    • Toss together and top with Avo-Orange Dressing.

    Mediterranean Raw Vegan Recipes

    Quick Cucumber Dill Salad
    • desired amount of roma tomatoes I use 4 or so, chopped
    • 1 cucumber, chopped
    • 1/2 red onion, chopped
    • dried dill
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 1/2 avocado, diced
    • a little, lemon, lime, or OJ to taste
    • Toss salad together and sit back relax and ENJOY!



    Tabbouleh Tomato Dill Salad
      In a bowl add
    • 1/4 onion, chopped
    • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped finely
    • 3 to 4 tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
    • 1/2 to 1 TB dill weed
    • 1/4 cup of cold pressed olive oil
    • squeeze of 1/2 lemon or lime
    • sea salt to taste
    • Toss and serve. This is a quick raw vegan recipe you can throw together quickly for dinner.






    Mexican Raw Vegan Recipes
    Mild, Spicy or Hot You Decide!



    Spanish Rice

    • 1 head shredded cauliflower
    • 1 red pepper, chopped
    • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    • 1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 roma tomato, chopped
    • 1 recipe of Spanish avocado mix
    • Toss in a large bowl, add the avocado mix, and enjoy within the same day.

      Avocado Mix:

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 lime juiced
    • 1 tablespoon basil
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic bread season or garlic powder
    • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
    • ½ red hot pepper or jalapeno
    • 1 tea salt
    • 1 garlic, crushed
    • ½ tea onion powder
    • ¼ tea cumin
    • Blend in a food processor or Mash ingredients together.
