Raw Vegan Alfredo Sauce


Creamy, Dreamy Alfredo sauce is a rich and delicious raw or vegan alfredo sauce perfect top any variety of noodles.


Whether your looking for a non-dairy version of an Alfredo sauce or a raw version, this recipe is perfect either way. If your using a Vita-Mix to blend, you can even heat or warm this Alfredo sauce just by the amount of blending time: 1 minute for warm and 2 to 3 for hot.

Other blenders can also be used and if your looking for a vegan version, feel free after blending to heat the sauce on the stove. For the raw version, even in a regular blender, blend until warm for 2 to 3 minutes depending on your type of blender. Keep checking after every 30 seconds, feel to touch.

Dreamy Vegan Alfredo Sauce


  • 2 cups cashews or any other white nut (Macadamia nuts or pine nuts), although I think cashews create the richest sauce.
  • 1 and 1⁄2 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper or black if you like
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Blend well. Let the sauce sit overnight to 24 hours in the refrigerator. The flavor becomes more intensified, like cheese. Serve this delightful raw or vegan recipe over vegetable noodles and/ or Sea Tangle Kelp noodles.
