What is so important about the stomach acid anyways? When was the last time you had your hydrochloric acid checked and measured? Although I have often wondered about my stomach acid I did not know how important it was until recently.

Our stomach acid is directly related to our human health. We can eat a well balanced living foods diet and still be having problems absorbing key nutrients.
When I was growing up my father was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. In those days they would take a part of the stomach out. Unfortunately that only made matters worst. Over the next 20 plus years he was more unhealthy then ever and eventually after years of pain and dis-ease his life ended in a hospital after another surgery at age 50 he died.
During his life my dad was told he had a lack of iron and was anemic. Although he had plenty of iron going into his body. He just could not process the iron going into his body.

This may sound too simple and a bit unbelievable. Create an person experiment and find out for yourself. Start with 70% to 60% organic fruit and 30% to %40 organic leafy greens and/or sprouts. Blend with a cup of water or chew these fresh foods very well, until mushy. Drink about 2 to 3 quarts of green smoothie per day for 90 days. Document how you feel and what changes happen in your body.
It took me years to be ready for the green smoothie revolution. I encourage you to seek and find your health through your own challenge and research. We are one tiny amount of fresh, organic fruits and greens away from physical wellness!
