Basic Raw Vegan Bread Recipe
- 2 cups soaked sunflowers seeds
- 2/3 cup soaked flax seeds
- 2 cups veggie pulp or processed carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Blend well in a food processor adding in your favorite ingredients:
- garlic
- onion
- Italian seasoning
- Herb or Poultry Seasoning
- Sea Salt
Spread on a Teff Flex sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees until dry turning in 4-5 hours or until dry on top.
