Basic Raw Vegan Bread Recipe

  • 2 cups soaked sunflowers seeds
  • 2/3 cup soaked flax seeds
  • 2 cups veggie pulp or processed carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Blend well in a food processor adding in your favorite ingredients:

  • garlic
  • onion
  • Italian seasoning
  • Herb or Poultry Seasoning
  • Sea Salt

Spread on a Teff Flex sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees until dry turning in 4-5 hours or until dry on top.
