Our Human Natural Diet
Common Sense Approach To Our Natural Human Diet
Our human natural diet is far from what we, in this planet are constantly lead to believe. Commercials, ads, the media, doctors, and nutritionists all leading us to believe science experiments and dead animal part are food.
I once had a female nutritionist tell me she believed formula to be just as nutritious for babies as breast milk. I was even reported to Child Protective Services for feeding me children "raw fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and grains". All the while others around me were feeding their children McDonald's, Burger King and candy for 3 meals a day.
I take these experiences as almost funny and ironic. Other times I feel as though I am walking around in a backwards world and there are only but a few of us walking forward. Those of use walking forward seeing the silly way people say and do things that make no common sense and yet they continue never to question them.
If you are here to question your current ideas, to understand a different truth, to walk forward, you have come to the right place. Raw-Food-Diet-Inspiration.com is full of information and inspiration from a common sense approach. I invite you to enjoy a story about our natural diet and instincts.
Natural Discovery Ride
One morning, while visiting my friend Lila in southern Utah, we decided we would just take off in her new convertible for a beautiful early October morning drive to Zion National Park. Without eating breakfast and barely getting dressed we jumping into the car and started down the interstate.
The day was perfect. The sun about midway in the sky, temperature around 75 degrees, clear skies with a few white puffy clouds! I tipped my head back and spread my arms open like I was a bird in flight. A light cool breeze raced through my hair as I took in a deep fresh breathe into my lungs. I felt free!
We were 25 miles from the exit to Zion when all the sudden our fresh air began to change and we were suddenly fumigated with a grotesque smell in the air. Up ahead we could see out in the pasture beautiful yet smelly cattle grazing in green fields.
We both began to hold our breath while Lila sped up to pass the smell of our scene. I began to feel sick to my stomach and laid the seat back to catch up on my oxygen after the smell was gone.
In no time we were just a few miles from Zion in Springdale, Utah when we could smell fresh ripe apples. My mouth began to water and I could see we were about to pass the local apple orchard. I quickly began to instruct Lila to pull over into the orchard when I could see the look in her eyes, she was thinking the same thing.
Inside the little country store I could smell the apple aroma and my stomach began to growl. I purchased fresh pressed apple juice and a bag of just picked apples for our morning hike up in the Zion peaks.
Getting back in the car Lila and I both couldn't wait. We tore open the bag of apples and each began chomping one sweet gala apple. We both looked as if we were in heaven from the taste and smell of the sweet apples to the fresh air around us.
Later, while up high in the mountains we came across deer, fish in the creek and other tiny creatures along the paths. Still the air remained fresh and the water clear. We laughed and joked about the cattle we came across and wondered why they still had an odor.
Our day in Zions was completely wonderful. We grazed on fresh wild greens, climbed up large rocks and hills. We enjoyed the fresh cool water on our feet and splashed our faces sticky from the fresh sweet apples. All the while basking in beauty of the natural landscape.
We finished off our apples and stopped by for more on the way home. Still I salivate for those apples every time I tell this story. Again we also passed the cattle and never once did either of us stop for dinner or crave a hamburger and steak.
Our senses tell us our natural diet is not the cattle on the side of the interstate or even the different creatures we encountered on our hike. Our senses let us know our natural human diet is fresh ripe sweet foods and fresh wild greens.
Our desire and taste for BBQ animals, fried foods and heated fair come from our memories developed from youth. Mitchel and Carter (my 2 raw children) have never been exposed to these tastes. They thing those smells are unfavorable. They enjoy and desire fresh ripe living foods.

We are meant to be apart of nature, the landscape, the beauty. If we were to eat and digest animals we would have jagged sharp teeth, claws and a salivate at a animals in front of us. Our intestines would be straight and still we would eat the animal raw. First we would chase the animal, kill it, eat the intestines first, next the bloody meat and finish up by gnawing on the bones. If our natural diet was meant to include animals our bodies would not become acidic when eating them, like it does now.
We are human and we have all the tools and information to be healthy, happy and alive, eating to simply nourish and strength our bodies. Get quite and listen to the voice within and know what our natural diet and lifestyle is!
