AMAZING PIZZA!!!

I started a 100% Raw Vegan Diet at the beginning of the year and I just made your Raw pizza. I feel like for the first time, I have eaten "normal" food!! It was UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Thank you so much for sharing it.

I did do a few things different with my pizza, since I didn't have buckwheat and I didn't want to wait to sprout them, I made a Raw Almond Pizza Crust. I added it below in case anyone was interested.

2 cups Almonds (soaked for 12 hours)
1 cup ground flax seeds
1 apple
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup water
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon hot curry powder
1 tsp of Himalayan salt

Blend all ingredients in a food processor, adding flax seeds at the end. and Blend until it resembles dough. You may need to add more flax depending on the consistency. Section into 2 balls of dough and spread out on teflex sheet. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 105 degrees and remove the teflex after a few hours.

You inspire me. Currently only I am doing a raw diet, but it is so amazing to see that you kids are involved with you as well. My son is only 18 months, but it would only be beneficial to switch his diet over as well. Thanks for the recipe!!!
