Day 8 Green Smoothie 10-Day Challenge: Creating An Alkaline Body

We are healthy when we have an alkaline body and cancer can not grow when we are alkaline. Alkaline Is:

  • Of, relating to, or containing an alkali.
  • 1. Having a pH greater than 7.
  • 2. Having a relatively low concentration of hydrogen ions.

I am constantly confused by the lack of knowledge provided in our "health care" environment on Alkalinity vs. Acidity. It is up to us to seek information as to prevention and health. Up to us to take responsibility, empower ourselves to find what health and wellness is for the human body. Then once we have knowledge we have the choice to act in our favor, even experiment with an intention of wellness or accept a life less then what we know we can or at least the possibility of what we could have.

Wellness is a choice, a right, and you can have the best health and happiness everyday!

Healthy Cells VS. Non-Healthy Cells

Our bodies are perfect and amazing they know how to keep us well and keep us as healthy as long as possible even with all the abuse we give it. As we breathe in, eat, and drink oxygen our bodies quickly process the oxygen within the air, food, and water. Our bodies takes this oxygen to our cells, for our body to function, repair and restore. Lastly it expels and the bi-product, carbon dioxide.

Proper oxygenation is the key component for healthy alkaline body. However when we take in, eat and drink acid forming (oxygen void foods) foods we are alter the oxygenating/alkalizing process. In order to keep order our body adjusts and this unfortunately is not good for us in the long run.

In 1931 Dr. Otto Warburg was awarded the Nobel prize for his *"discovery that cancer is caused by weakened cell respiration due to lack of oxygen at the cellular level. Damaged cell respiration causes:

  1. Fermentation
  2. Low PH/Acidity At The Cellular level

When oxygen is no longer present, *"a normal cell undergoes an adverse change when it can no longer take in oxygen to convert glucose into energy."For survival the cell reverts to a primal nutrition program by converting glucose through fermentation.

During fermentation lactic acid is produced and lowers the cell PH balance (7), destroying the ability of DNA and RNA to control cell division. These altered cells or cancer cells rapidly grow an external cell covering with a core of dead cells.

They gave Dr Warburg a Nobel Prize for the discovery of how cancer is formed and still we are searching for a cure for cancer. While the cure is staring us right in the face, so simple and easy no only the eliminate (in many cases) but to PREVENT!

Adjust the PH of the body, by eliminating the acidic forming conditions, foods and drinks and stop providing them.

  • Set 1 Reps 15 Hamstring Rows w/ 20 lb barbells
  • Set 1 Reps 12 Squats w/20 lb barbells (May use bands instead of the Total Gym on all exercises.)
  • Set 1 Reps 15 Bicep Curls on Total Gym setting 3

Loving Myself

Attending yoga is loving myself and it totally feels me up!

Emotional, Physical And Mental Awareness

Emotional: I feel so great when I am in yoga. I feel connected to myself and happy. I am figuring out how to keep that balance in my world outside of yoga.

Physical: I think the best workout for me is yoga. I remember a time when yoga would not be a physical activity for me, too la la. Now I love la la and whoo whoo and stretching, breathing, and present.

Mental: Clear, focused and developing patience with myself and what I want.
